Good day!

My question is that would it be okay to use a different shampoo in the foam gun versus what you put in your wash bucket? I ask this because I have an almost unused bottle of duragloss shampoo, that I feel is a bit wasted just sitting there. Plus if I can use it in the foam gun instead of the current shampoo I'm using, it'll make my current shampoo last longer as I'm not blasting it out with the foam gun.

The other shampoo I'm using is Chemical guys glossworkz.

Yes you can mix and match most products. Espically car soaps. But give duragloss another shot in your buckets as well. I find it better than any car wash CG makes.

Like stated previously you can mix mostly any car care product but if you are trying to save your wax mixing different soaps may remove your last step product...just a little heads up

Most of the time I use a different soap in the foam gun/cannon then I do in my bucket.

Thanks for the replies!

Both shampoos are pH neutral and non-abrasive so they should be fine for the LSP. Was just wondering if there'd be any interference between the two that's all. Thanks for the feedback! Greatly appreciated!

You can use any shampoo, wash, or soap in a foam gun or cannon. Just be sure to rinse your cannon or gun well afterwards so as to keep it from clogging up! I use DG901 in mine quite often. :-)
