Here I'm using my steamer to clean up the interior on this 2001 Honda Accord.

It's my go to tool when cleaning the interior.

I haven't made the jump into steam yet but see its value. Guess I'd be a little concerned about blowing steam into electrical switches and speaker grills.

I had one of those steamers for a couple years good bang for the buck.

I've never had issues cleaning the radio controls in the past three years.
I make sure the ignition is off.
It's only steam, evaporates quicky. :dblthumb2:

The only thing I would be concerned about is the speakers. If they are made of polymers, or kevlar then no problem. But if they are made of cardboard, then I can see the intense moisture damaging them.

You mention 45$, cheapest I found so far was 120$.

I have a steamer already but it's a handheld unit and it doesn't hold that much water (about a cup) so I was thinking of getting a bigger unit so I can do more work.

No, I cost me $125.00 at HF.
It's three years old and still works well, I use it often.
