waaaa! Disappointed but it's my fault. or is it?

So I wanted Mikes book with his autograph and I decided on this. So I could get the cooler for work and the Principles of machine polishing.
Please tell me what you would expect if you ordered this.

As I was looking at the different packages I spotted this and I assumed the above mention was the kinda the same.

So my disappoint came in the form of Mike signing my DVDs and not the book. Then I looked for the book and there wasn't one.

I checked the website and under description of the product it didn't mention the book. I guess I assumed the book was included do to it being in the picture.

So please remove the book from the picture so dumb people like myself don't assume the book is included.

since you didn't provide links, I'd assume a book too. But then I quickly found this:

Mike Phillips' The Art of Detailing Starter Kit, Polishing dvd, how to detail book

which definitely has a book.

and also this:
Mike Phillips The Art of Detailing Audio Starter Kit
which says "audio book" even though it pictures the full size eyeball book.

The description is pretty clear that it's not there, but I'd call it misleading to show a picture of it on the main page and then not have it in the kit.

I would have assumed it was part of the package also,so your not the only one.i rarely read the descriptions,I always just go off of what is in the pic,guess I will definitely need to read next time.

I think most of us would have assumed that. Call them they are very customer oriented and may send you a signed book when you explain the problem.

I all ready left a message. I'm sure they call me and things will happen. But I just wanted to let them know it looks like the book is included and they should change the pic.
I really wanted the book! Mike is my hero and he's the first trainer I had. He's all celebrity now and it's so cool. The book was going to go in my display case and I would watch the videos to get the actual training.
