Wanted to give a big +1 for AG customer service!

Just wanted to stop by and give a big thanks to the folks at AG for their superb customer service!

I received a bottle of WGDGPS a few months back along with the rest of my order.

Well yesterday I went to re apply to one of my vehicles and the product in the bottle had completely turned to basically water. Shook and shook to try to possibly mix it and no luck.

Called into AG and explained the situation, a new bottle is on its way! Right on AG!

So just wanted to throw a thank you out there. Not only are their products great, but in a rare event that there is a problem, they'll fix you right up.
 
Good to see people posting positive comments. Far too often the happy customers stay silent, while the unhappy are out in full force.
 
I've had a couple of issues in the past, but AG has always helped to correct/remedy them promptly.

Once I had ordered some Sonax High Speed Wax while it was on BOGO, but I guess I placed my order right as they changed them. It showed BOGO on my receipt, but only got 1 in the box. They sent one out almost immediately after I contacted them.

Another time I purchased some Sonus der Wunder drying towels, one towel had it's trim coming off out of the bag. They sent me a new two pack right away.

I hear a lot of people complain or bash AG, but I've never had anything but good service from them.
