Thoughts on wash brushes i.e. Montana Boars Hair........are there any out there that are safe to use on painted surfaces?

they are safe, however, you must let them soak for 30 minutes prior to use and use a soap on the car.

You have to let it sit? Doesn't sound like fun to me.

You don't have to sit with it and try to make small talk while it's soaking. Mix your wash solution, throw the brush in, then clean your wheels while it soaks (with a Montana Wheel Brush, of course). The Montana brushes only need to be hosed off - no machine washing.

very funny---I meant to say put it in the bucket with wash soap and wait about 30 minutes, makes bristles pliable and reduces scratching

:bump:

Just wondering if fellow Montana users forego the rinse bucket and just rinse with hose sprayer. Does either rinse method have an advantage over the other?
