Wash Mitt Clarification

So would he support or oppose my washing routine?
He took me to task for having too many separate categories of wash, I think he would have problems with you soaking, then drying, then washing again, etc.

Is this Yvans burner account?lol.

We’ve been pre rinsing our cars before washing since the beginning of time, it never made much of a difference one way or another, so why should it now?

As far as mitts? Convenience? Of course that’s what were talking about. Nobody’s instilling swirls during a wash here regardless.
I'm good with people thinking I'm crazy. Use all your buckets and 30 different mitts. I have a 15 year old car with no real swirls in it and it hasn't even really been polished, I jeweled it with PO85RD over 10 years ago. All my other cars, even ones with alleged "softer" clears, I'm not getting marring from washing or paint care, only everyday life (people rubbing on things/etc).

Well everyone has their preferred method. The method I mentioned above is about version 5 or 6 for me. Through trial and error I found what works best and the most efficient for me.

I tried a new mitt today, it was part of a Christmas gift pack. They called it the Chrismitt, it's only described as plush microfiber, I didn't like it as much as my noodle mitts or lambswool, but that could have been the soap as well, maybe I'll test it with Carpro Reset, maybe not.
