Wash, Vac, and Spray Wax - 02 Ford F-150 Supercrew and Expedition - EHUTH1

• Took care of the problem areas first (tar, bugs, mud etc...) Used Poorboys Bug Squash on the mirrors and front grille and bumper, then followed with quick Rinse. This one gets washed once a week. It never gets to bad.
• Clean wheels, tires and wells with "The Brown Stuff" Spray on let sit for 5-10 seconds and rinse *Amazing AIO degreaser cleaner! Oh yea I've been taking chrome wheel acid (white lightning) and spraying on exhaust pipes to bring back the aluminum look. Works really well.
• FOAM GUN - 2 caps of DG901 and 1 oz of flash wax (AIM Wash and Wax soap. *Contains Drying Agent to help from spotting in full sun.
• Let this sit for 5 Minutes while I get a break...
• Spray off foam. Start at the top and make your way down to the bottom.
• Blow most dry with electric leaf blower including the top.
• MF Towel dry the rest using Wet-N-Wipe Speed Glaze QD. This breaks any left over water and releases it so I'm not wiping beads but a thin layer of residual.
• Next we drag the vac out and start in the rear and come to the front hitting all the cracks and crevices.
• Grabbed a old MF towel and used some Awesome (Dollar General) APC to clean the scuffs and cup holders.
• I always do the tire shine next along with the wells, running boards, and bumper trim, then I follow that up with the cleaning of the wheels and chrome bumpers if any gloss enhancer was smears.
• While I'm waiting for the tire shine to settle I wash my hands and get my waffle weaves and AIM glass cleaner and hit all the windows inside and out.
• Now it's time for Souveran Spray Wax. This to works good outside so you can see your results. I don't know what sparks this stuff but when oxygen gets to it the paint starts to glow!!
• Now it's time to final inspect and collect the check.

This clean up was done with the 1400psi Karcher Electric PW and Filtered water from my portable tank. Notice the 22M fittings and quick 3/4" disconnects. The foam gun has a 1/4" quick disconnect for tip changeout but I prefer the longer lance for bigger vehicles.

There out of Sugar Hill, GA. They only sell in bulk to Parts Stores, Dealerships, and independant detailers. I have a friend that owns a Parts Store and he gets it in then calls me. Great hookup!!

Sorry I haven't replied to any of your Wash,Vac & Spray Wax posts! I have been reading all about Menzerna here, and my brain is about to explode with all that info and also some confusion!! LOL
You've done quite a few Wash,Vac & Spray Wax vehicles!! You've got a great system that's been repeated on all those vehicles! Nice foam gun and new drying agent as well! All those vehicles look great by the way! I particularly enjoyed viewing the Suburban, Red '02 Supercrew (I love big trucks), and the Jeep Liberty that was absolutely gleaming!

You do some of the most amazing work on AG, extremely impressive! Keep up the good work my friend, we're all enjoying it.

And let's be honest: the way you work these cars, there is probably not point in doing paint correction when you can be so efficient in wash/vac/spray waxing...

P1ET believe it or not it's so hard to sell my customers on removing swirls, because most just don't care. I've done about 20 complete full details in the last 8-12 months the rest are just regular washes and mini details that revolve around just wax and major interior clean-up.

Thanks for the compliments. The pictures and write-ups for everyone else to use to their advantage, I learned alot of technique from AG and just applied it to a step by step strategy to produce volume and quality. Now thanks to the foam gun (Justin and Bradley) doing 5 cars a day want kill me, but just continue to help my part-time buisness grow for the future years to come. I spend more time cleaning up what other hometown detailers mess up.

Believe it or not I did a post awhile back about these towels. They are Wally World 6.5 sq ft drying towels. I'm eventually going to get some guzzlers when they go back on sale but these are good for now.

Wow thats awesome. I'm gonna have to get some of that AIM product. I like how you take photos of your products, i'm gonna start doing that too. Its a better way to show your process.
