Do you guys wash your really dirty microfiber cloths with brake dust, wax residue or embedded dirt together with your 'çleaner' microfiber cloths that aren't heavily soiled?
I've always pre-treated and lightly hand washed all my microfibers after using them and storing them in a separate 'dirty' before doing a big load. I'm worried that if I don't hand wash them with water to get the embedded dirt or brake dust out then it'll contaminate all my other microfibers when it's in the wash.
Is this fear misplaced? Does it matter if I pre-treat or hand wash them prior to the washing machine? Am I just wasting more water than I have to?
Thanks guys.
