I have a 2019 Camry with water spots. I currently have HD Polish and 3D One. Which would work better and what color Lake County pad should I use?

Have you tried a liquid or gel water spot remover first? I've had good results with Chemical Guys water spot remover and I hear Labocosmetica Energo also works really good. If that doesn't work, then the next step would be polishing with the least aggressive pad and check the results. If the water spots still remain, step up to a more aggressive pad until you get the desired results.

This stuff really works well but I wish the removal process was easier. I've switched to CarPro Spotless 2.0 and that tends to get the job done as long as they haven't etched deep into the clear coat.

The key with the Chemical Guys water spot remover gel is to use it on a cool surface in the shade and work a small section at a time. Don't let it dry, let it dwell for a minute or two, and remove with a detail spray, car wash soap or a rinseless wash. The gel can be kind of sticky to work with but it's the only one that I've used that takes water spots off of chrome trim, glass and in some instances paint. It's really strong stuff.
