Hi all,

Is there a good rim/tire cleaner on the market that is waterless? I really need something that will clean the rubber tire sidewalls without the need for water. Does anything like this exist? Is there a good method for doing this?

Thanks!

Feynlab Pure Rinseless works great for me as a rinseless wheel and tire cleaner. P&S Absolute is also good but not nearly as strong as Pure Rinseless.

Yes, Mothers makes an OTC Tire Renew Cleaner that is waterless. Works great I’ve used it on several occasions.

I’ve been using Extra Tough Tire and Wheel cleaner for about a year now. Yes, same Extra Tough as the APC. I spray it on with a pump sprayer, let it dwell for a few minutes and then remove with a microfiber towel. Pulls a lot of junk off the tires and wheels and leaves a matte finish on the tires that will last a week or two in dry weather with driving every other day. No nasty, harsh in your face smell. As this is part of a twice a week rinseless wash process, the longevity of the finish is no concern for me. Biodegradable and designed as a waterless product (per an email from the company), I have not found anything else that requires no water and works as well.
