What are the current options for waterless/rinseless wash products that don't leave dehind any sealants/waxes, just strictly cleaning? Thanks

Not from here N-914, sublime And Pure. All others mention have some wax or polymers in it. Wipeout does not mention in AG description but Apex detailing reciew said it has polymers and ‘nauba.
In reality i don’t think others leave long term protection so they all should be fine.
Forgotten gem? Leaves nothing behind? Cheaper than rest? Available on the Geek?
Griot?s Garage Brilliant Finish Rinseless Wash
Feels like N 914 not quit as slick as others but doesn’t have the polymers. Works absolutely wonderful. Its what will replace 914 when i’m out
(Have already but will be most likely only buying this as rinseless from AG)

CarPro Ech2O leaves only SiO2 gloss enhancers behind. It’s specifically meant for coatings/ceramics, although it doesn’t meet your criteria exactly.
On an unrelated note do you think spraying the hybrid ceramic wax on top of the waterless wash when wiping down the panels will work to do the same thing?
