Any medium nap mf towel will do. The key is to wipe one way and not use the used side again. Get a 16"X16" mf and fold it in half and then in thirds. Wipe one way, you will see a dirt line, roll until you get a clean section and continue until that side is soiled. You should have 12 clean sides using one 16"X16" towel.
 
For spray wax and WW I prefer a pluffle (waffle and micro fiber weave) style mf towel and a 420 gsm edgeless mf towel.
