Wax as you dry products

Now that I've got my sealant settled and applied, time to move on to improving my regular washes.

I have used Eagle One Wax-as-U-Dry since it was introduced and it has always been very easy to use while providing a little extra shiny/waxy refresh every time. I just mist it around the car while wet and towel dry as usual.

What else do you guys use and what works better/why? I see a lot of spray waxes/polymers on AG, but they mostly appear to be something you apply after drying which makes it another step.

I have been using megs d156 as a drying aid with great results. I mist while the vehicle is wet and then dry the car. Everyone comments on how my vehicles look when I'm done. Highly recommended if you don't mind something that's not over the counter.

Was using Car Pro ECH2O on a wet surface and the water just took off. Never used it as a drying aid, but I'm sure it will work well.

In my arsenal I also use V7(especially to gloss up the wheels),optimums qd and spray wax, a few others depending what lsp is on the car for the moment.

I have all the above products in my arsenal. I will use just about any quick wax as a drying aid. I like 303 and Megs Ultimate Quik Wax.

There are so many great, fantastic products out there that act as a drying aid. I use a leaf blower and get most of the water beads off of the paint and the mist with a sprayer and wipe the finish dry and you are absolutely correct, the comments are very compelling and motivating to perfect this process. Whether you call it quick detailer, diluted rinse-less wash/wax, spray wax or whatever you use the results in the drying process are really good.

I'm a big fan of D156 (UQW) for this purpose. Not only does this aid in drying, it leaves great gloss. Finish is slippery smooth and subsequent cleaning is a breeze. FWIW, it also does a nice job as a vinyl trim protectant leaving a smooth patina even on textured trim.

opti seal seems to actually eat the water, plus produces a great shine. ech20 is my flavor of the month fav. at the moment.

My 2 all time favorites are prima hydro and reload. Super slick and great shine. Since I just recently got a metrovac I never use a drying aid anymore in my personal car. But I have used all the otc ones and some boutique ones

At work we use Technitions Choice Aqua Glow sprayed on a wet car and wiped off . The shine is outstanding. Everty new car gets this treatment excepd the cars that gets a special finishing treatment. To my eys the cars that get Aqua Glow look better then the ones the get the special treatment. The special treatment costs $1100.00 with a 7 year warrentee. The Aqua glow is free.

I second Bob's recommendations ... Prima Hydro is a personal favorite.

My car is coated. I use Gyeon Cure.
On our cars with a sealant, I use Aqua Wax, D 156, or a Waterless Wash spray.

Just bought a sample of this product which arrives tomorrow to compare using this as a spray wax. Going into to compare it against d156. As I stated I use it mostly as a drying aid and just looking for something a little more cost effective. I'll be posting a write up!
