Wax for direct sunlight

Poorboy's and XMT products are very good in the sun, I have experience using both and they work as advertised.

Fuzion works well in sunlight. Applies and removes just as easy and no holograms. I also have used Naviwax Ultimate with no problems.

Second the fuzion, or Souvern in sun works Ok.

Do not use Optimum Car wax in the sun or on a hot panel. It streaks and stains the paint.

Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax, D156 spray wax, DG Aquawax and Poorboys QW+ all will work in full sun.

I have used Poorboys and Aquawax in the sun with good results. Agree Optimum streaks but out of the sun and on a cool surface, it can't be beat.

Duragloss 111 says right on the bottle, can be used in sunlight.

I used Meg's ultimate liquid wax for a while and it works well in direct sunlight. It seemed to need reapplication about every two weeks on my daily driver that was parked outside.

Direct Sunlight vs. Temperature Gradients

I've seen it posted a few times that it's about the panel's temperature, rather than direct sunlight,
that plays a very significant role in waxes' "performance-abilities".

I tend to agree with this summation.

To add:
Although I do believe it behooves one, severalfold, to find a shaded area to apply waxes...
I've also heard that sometimes perspiring profusely is considered one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle.

I tend to not always subscribe to that sweating-mantra.

I have streaks from CarPro Hydro2. Anybody know best way to remove these darn streaks? I was in love with this product at how easy it was to use and how well it added shine and bead until I rinsed it off and saw the blasted streaks.

I use V7 if I get some steaks. They come off very easy.
