So I' just used a wax my brother in law brought for me from another country on my new car with excellent paint condition.

This wax is not sold in the US.

It looked good, feel good, but the smell is somewhat nauseating. So I started to look at the ingredients, it is listed below.

Also it seems this may be a cleaner wax and not a finishing wax ?

Anything else from the ingredients that I need to be concerned with ? Please advise.

Mike P says most OTC waxes are “cleaner waxes”.

This one seems to clean by just chemical action vs also being abrasive, unless they are just not listing the abrasives.

No idea on the chemicals.

Sad thing is you probably have more information on the ingredients in this wax than you’ll find out about one of PBMG’s products.

Well, I wouldn't drink it. As someone who was never afraid to put his hands in anything (chemical), at this point I try to live by the Renny Doyle motto "if it's on you, it's in you" and try to wear nitrile gloves when I'm getting my hands on anything that's grease, solvent, or chemical.

I make it a 100% practice to wear Nitrile Gloves. I wear a dust mask when compounding or working with products that dust. If I only did it 1-2 times per year I may not but I tend to do 1-2 cars per week as a side gig and I'm not about to develop COPD or worse in 15-20 years because I was lazy or uncomfortable. Better safe than sorry.

^^This is definitely a Cleaner Wax—look at
all the different “cleaning agents” that’s in it.

The nauseous smell may be due, in part,
to the product’s “ammonia” content...along
with the “fragrance” that’s being used in an
attempt to cover it up.

Personally...
I would try my best to have a well ventilated
area in which to apply this product.

And don’t forget to use the recommended
personal protection equipment (PPE):
Better Safe...Than Sorry!
