wax or polish stains on rubber...try this.

i thought i saw on here somewhere that killerwheels was trying xmt pad cleaner on wax stains on rubber.well i decided to try it and it friggen works great!!!! the guy is a genuis with this stuff.he should be nominated as geek of the year.....well you know what i mean.:cheers:
 
:) I haven't tried that one yet, but I will the next time I come across stains. Thanks for sharing. :)
 
Great idea! If it gets polish/wax/sealant off foam pads then I guess it could do the same for rubber trim. Thanks Killer!
 
I too was shocked .... but it works very well. I used it on all the rubber surrounds and weatherstripping after a polish (without masking tape) and guess what, no white !!

Although I should say don't try BTB on painted rubber. My car has what seems to be a hard rubber that looks to be painted, and anything at all abrasive dulls the finish.
