Recently doing a decon of the outside of a Grand Cherokee with Iron-X, I was told the next day that he had to buy a air freshner because of the inside cabin smelt like the iron -x, which is not the best smell in the world. Anyone have any tricks to not let the cabin smell like that?

Thanks in Advance

Use another product that doesn't smell bad like Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner (safe for paint despite name) or 3D BDX.

The smell will go away but I figure you know that already.

1. Do not run the A/C with vent open when applying
2. Keep the windows closed when applying
3. Do not reuse the applicators, towels, etc...
4. Change your shirt when done applying; or any other clothing contaminated by the product

Maybe buy a gallon of lemon scented water based air freshener mix it with that might alleviate the smell. That is one nasty smell of a product you should switch to acid wheel cleaner cheaper and no smell basically the same product.

You really don't use wheel acid to decontaminate
vehicles' paint...Do you?

yes sir,if you're experienced enough to know what to spray it on such as moldings ,certain badges and how to remove water spotting on glass which is a big problem in south Florida I never had a problem ever in fact I used it on a white caravan yesterday from Indiana had rail dust all over it.you have to know your mchemicals and neutralize after a chemical bath.
