Actually if your anything like me, you get the wife and kids first to help you carry everything out lol.

I can totally relate to that too. We used to own a Viper and my wife couldn't drive stick so her first job if the house caught fire was to push the Viper out in the driveway!
 
Yeah... that would be me, I'm sure.

As crazy as I am about keeping my car clean, I'm surprised I don't wash it in the rain. I'm already getting the itch to wash my new Scion tC this weekend, lol.

I've actually washed a car in the rain before! I figured it was easier to clean whatever the rain left behind with a little QDS than all the crap that was already on the car. I was working 6 days a week 12 hours a day so I took advantage of the time I had. The car was really pretty clean the next morning since it just sat there and got rained on but wasn't driven in the rain.
