Has anyone used either of these to products, and what are your thoughts and reviews on them?

Thankyou!

I used both products yesterday for the first time. Both the cleaner and protectant work very well and brought the life back to my black Weather Tech floor liners. I would recommend the protectant for sure but the cleaning could probably be done with a good APC if you already have one.

The WeatherTech TechCare FloorLiner and FloorMat Cleaner & Protectant are awesome. I've been using these two products for a few years now on my FloorLiners. I've tried other products in the past but nothing has worked as good or looked as good as these two products did. These two products are perfect for cleaning and protecting your WeatherTech FloorLiners.

I bought the two a few weeks ago after reading several positive reviews, but haven't had time to try them yet. I previously used an apc to clean them but they always seemed to have a bit of a sticky feeling afterwards. I'm anticipating that the Techcare products will have the mats looking and feeling new again. :xyxthumbs:

Has anyone tried WeatherTechs products on non-WeatherTech floor mats?

I noticed posters saying they've used APC's. Just from my experience, tire cleaners work better on the ones I've cleaned.

Hey, you guys are Awesome man!!! Thankyou for your great reviews and shared experiences!

And Athonzales. Thankyou for directing us to that link. I greatly appreciate it!

Honestly.....the best thing I've used to clean my WeatherTechs (they are in all three cars in my family) was Greased Lightning, including the Weathertech cleaner. The protectant is the real deal. Keep in mind, you can not keep them looking new indefinitely, but the protectant will definitely keep them looking better longer. Now I use Meguiars APC at 2:1 to clean them...much less expensive than a lot of other options

I've been a big fan of Alien Kleen since joining AG 6 years ago and even that never cleaned them properly when I took them out after the winter driving season. What I do know is the WT cleaner cleaned them really well and this was AFTER I cleaned them and put them away for the season, so even after being "cleaned" they came out cleaner!

I do agree about the WT protectant though, this is the key to not only keeping them looking their best but making clean up easier. I can only speak for myself but my WT liners to in around Thanksgiving and come out sometime in April, no cleaning during the winter season, maybe a vac here and there but that's it.

Get this combo, you'll be glad you did 👈

Am I the only person that leaves their Weather Tech liners in 24/7/365.25?

That makes three of us. The WT protectant doesn't make them slippery I'd guess. I've just been cleaning mine with diluted APC because I used a protectant on them once and they were incredibly slippery so not since then. They have gotten dull without a protectant though and the stains don't come out with APC. Maybe I'll trade some of my other products for the WT duo if I can find someone who wants to part with theirs.

Using this combo will bring them back, even comes with a nice brush and 3 general purpose MF towels 👈

FYI: I'd guess that 98% of the people reading this today have no idea what you're talking about.. Care to enlighten us with what Alien Kleen is so we can all be cool too?

Optimum Power Clean is the actual name of it but this guy on the forum, from another country, called it Alien Kleen because he said it cleans "out of this world" 👽👽👽

Like Paul Harvey used to say "Now you know the REST of the story....good day!"

Yeah, I thought it was another sequel for the Alien movies. lol
Seriously though, what is this stuff?

Does anyone have any before/after pics from using the WT Protector?

I'll do my best to get something tonight (with post tomorrow). Just received my cleaner and protector yesterday, and borrowed a cruddy WT matt last night
