I bought mine months before i joined AG, so i had gotten them thru Weathertech. But anyways, these floormats are COMPLETELY worth the money for poeple who need tough, VERY well built, the fit is 100% b/c vehicle interiors are 3D scanned and the floormats are made from those designs, so you know they will fit over every hump and crevice in your car!! I purchased the Front, second row, and the mat that covers the back end of my 2008 Taurus X when the 3rd row is laid down (which is always). These things can take a frickin beating and fit like NO OTHER!!!!!!!!!

they are a lil pricey, but it was well worth the 400 bucks i spent. My mom bought the front and back floormats for her 2008 Taurus Limited, and my dad got the front and back floormats for his 05 Duramax Crew Cab.

I also bought the Window vents for my Taurus X. JUST as good as the floormats!!!!

We spent over a grand between the 3 of us, but it was TOTALLY worth the money!!! i will take pics sometime soon!!!! i just noticed you guys sold em, thats why im making this post!!!

I have the Weathertech Floorliners in my car and love them, also have the cargo liner in the trunk and I am VERY pleased with the quality!

I love mine, especially for the winters in Michigan. They fit my Tacoma perfectly. The only problem I have it trying to keep them clean. I haven't really found a good dressing that won't make them too slick.

I actually detailed my car last weekend and took out my mats and washed them down with some DP Xtreme then I used DP Interior Protectant to finish them up. Been working out well, DP does not attract any extra dust and its not slick at ALL.

there floormats, they dont stay cleaned, not meant to be clean, so i just pressure wash em and dry em and throw em back in, lol

Hey I like my mats clean!!
Mine our black to match my interior so they look really nice all cleaned up and with a nice coat of DP Interior Protectant.
Plus makes the car smell nice!

I have had mine for just over a year and they are holding up great. Thanks for the tip on cleaning them and restoring the luster of the rubber mats without being slippery. I had tried to wipe them down with the Meg Vinyl and Rubber cleaner it work somewhat but I think this will work much better.

I had a Yukon XL with these in all three rows. Had the window deflectors also. Great product and a great company.

I hesitated in offering my opinion on WeatherTech mats because, from the reviews, everyone has nothing but good things to say. I purchased a set, through here, last winter and, yes they appear well constructed, but I wasn’t impressed at all with the fit. The snow and salt would just melt and run down the channels over the sides onto the carpet.

I ended up finding a $25 set at Walmart and cut to a perfect fit. I did call WeatherTech to question the size/poor fit and was told that was the size for my model and, to their credit, they said I could return them.

I remember having some great winter mats for a Volvo I had a number of years ago that besides fitting perfect, were actually a small lip tray.

Weathertech are very good mats....had them a couple of times and held up pretty well, plus had the ability to custom fit. Always the best quality, and for us snowbound people, they come in handy for catching all the water and crap dragged into the car.

But, I'll tell you what I found that had an even better quality/dollar spent ratio. Purchased some black rubber mats at BJ's wholesale labeled "Gooodyear" (undoubtedly using the Goodyear brand for marketing purposes). Have to say, front & back black mats for ~$30 (and able to size them like the WT's) was a steal. Ought to take a look and see if you can find them......maybe they were just local.

Just, FYI.

See ya.

Did you cover the outside of the car in them too!? I spent about 1/3 of that for them. They do look much nicer than wolly world brand.

WeatherTech-Review

i purchased the front pair of mats, the 2nd row that goes all the way across, and the mat that fits across the back end of the car with the 3rd row down. and i also purchased the window vents/deflectors. pics below.

here are the first and second row...
WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - FloorLiner™ DigitalFit ® - 2008 Ford Taurus X - WeatherTech FloorLiner - car floor mats liner, floor tray protects and lines the floor of truck and SUV carpeting from mud, snow, water and dirt

here is the back mat that covers everything when the 3rd row is down...
WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - Cargo Liner - 2008 Ford Taurus X - WeatherTech Custom Cargo and Trunk Liners Cargo Mat

here are the window vents...
WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - Side Window Deflectors - 2008 Ford Taurus X - WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors, Vents, Rain Guards, Wind Deflectors

i paid 365 plus tax. so 390 bucks.

The mats are a little pricy but I love mine. I find that they make it easier to keep my interior clean. They are very well built and keep all dirt and debris on your mats and not your carpet. Just hose off wipe down and thats it.

the mat i keep over the back with the 3rd row down, shown below in the link, is the shiznit!!

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - Side Window Deflectors - 2008 Ford Taurus X - WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors, Vents, Rain Guards, Wind Deflectors

i haul my mini-bikes around, i have beat the crap outta my mat and it still looks brand new, spilled 5 quarts of oil ALLLLLL over it, i would be SCREWED if i had a cheap mat or a blanket only. came out perfectly clean with degreaser and pressure wash!!!

Do discount's apply to these?

DLB

you can order them on AG, so i would assume it is. Hell, use the FORUM20 code right now and get 20% off!! i got mine (before i was on here) at my buddies automotive shop and he got me 10% off, they barely any mark-up at all, so its hard to get em on a big discount at places.

The Weathertech is a great mat if............it is specifically made for your vehicle. On some vehicles, what you get is a generic mat that fits just O.K., and is not a great fit nor do the holes in the mat line up with the tabs in the floor to keep the mat from moving. If such is the case, try your dealer for an all-weather mat that fits properly. Had a problem with the fit on a 2009 VIBE GT, that wasn't even close and on a 2009 Mazda6 that was just acceptable. No problem returning the Vibe mat, I picked up an exact fit, with VIBE raised lettering at the dealers. Still a great product.

correct, i would only use weathertech for there DigitalFit Floormats, not really any of there other mats.

Now that i sold my TaurusX, i sold my Weathertech mats to a friend of mine. and one BAD thing is that Weathertech DOES NOT make DigitalFit floormats for my truck. that pisses me off, lol. I loved those things and they are awesome in my dads 05 crew cab duramax.

The WeatherTech Floor mats are great. I personally think the WeatherTech FloorLiners are the best mats available.
