I am about to open in a new location and I have a new website to market my business. It's not complete yet but please let me know what you think. I am looking for constructive criticism. If it's harsh, that okay too.

I like the overall concept and everything, but for this being a "new" site I have to say, it looks like something from about 1999-2000.

Consider a dynamic Content Management System (CMS) based site using something like WordPress, Joomla, or the like.
