Im in the process of building my website for my part time business. Do I need permission to list the name of the products I use or to even have a picture showing them?

Good question I was thinking the same being that some laws may be unknown to do this or some company may oppose.

I sincerely doubt any of these companies will disapprove of the free branding/advertising.

I know with our family business some brands we carry will let us use stuff on our site and some won't. Since I'm just starting out I want my customers to know that I use high quality products.
