I was thinking of making a website for my detaling business, but I'm not sure were to start, anybody got any suggestions or links to any web making site. Thanks
 
Check out www.lowesthosting.com I use it to host my domain,website, and email. Very cheap and reliable. I've used them for 4 years now.

Once you have your domain and hosting service you will need to build a website. Lowesthosting has a free tool, but I found another free tool that was better: Ewisoft

I built a nice looking family web site in a few hours. Actually minutes, but after tinkering with different designs and content it was a few hours.

Building a website is the easy part. Putting content on the site is the hard part. I've been monkeying with a redesign for my site for a year and a half at least. I'm not really much closer to being done right now than I was a year ago either. lol That is mostly because I have to reformat the text and resize the pictures from one site and move them over. It just takes forever....

www.1and1.com is a pretty friendly host. I've got several sites hosted on them. I pay somewhere in the area of $60 per year for the webspace. They do have a pretty user friendly website builder utility that you can use, but you'll get a more dynamic site if you use Dreamweaver or Front Page or something like that. I'm building my sites in Dreamweaver right now. It is a fairly easy program to learn, but there is a learning curve and you will probably want to have at least a little experience with web development just so you know what the possibilities are.
