Howdy... Been a long time since I have posted a start to finish but I have been BUSY!!! Business has got me slammed and I try to check in when I get a chance but that is not very often recently...

This is a 2004 MBZ CLK320...
It is a beautiful car but the owner seemed to neglect it for quite some time... She even said "I have only buzzed it through auto car washes"...

Here goes:

Bird bombs away! (This was the worst but not the only)

Do you see what I see? At least there was some sort of attempt?

Why do people do this?

This is why I can not STRESS enough to LOOK before you reach under any seat in a car!!! That is a broken glass that I pulled out from under the passenger seat...

Over all the car's exterior was not that bad besides the wheels and bird bombs... The interior on the other hand was a bit rough... Thanks for looking!

Looks nice other than the inside of the rims. Sorry but that REALLY stands out and just kills a good detail.

I know... She only wanted a quick clean up and she gave me a 2.5 hour time line to do it in... She was very happy and said when she has more time she will schedule me in to get a lot more in depth with it...

I never understood how one can spend a large sum of money on a luxury car only to let it go to crap?

I saw a continental GT a few days ago and the wheels were caked black with break dust. I wanted to slap that owner silly!

Good job btw! Looks great!

Anyone ever tell you you look like Rutledge Wood?

Lol... not Rutledge Wood but Drew Carey after the weight loss... lol...

Ouch!!! First I knock him down about the wheels and you finish him off with that :D

Lol... so you admit it You hate me.. lol... J/k... I find no reason to be offended by the person comparison (except TG US sux) I hate letting a car go with the barrels looking like that too but honestly if they are willing to pay the price and give you an unatainable timeline then they get what they want... I did tell her that the wheels would have come out a lot better if I had more time but she looked at me and said "what do you mean they look amazing!" so as long as she was happy I guess... lol...

did you put new wheels on it?! lol nice job.

one of the worst car that i have cleaned, interior wise, was a mercedes. i just dont get it. at least this means job security for the detailing world =)

I don't get it with MBZ owners... they spend all of this money on a huge status symbol (because we all know here in CO they don't drive them like they were ment to be driven i.e. high performance saloons) then they trash them...

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd rather be cleaning a dirty Mercedes than a dirty Ford Escort. Mercedes owners are still people, and some people will still trash their cars. The amount of money spent on the car really isn't relevant.

The car looks really nice Chris (for the 2.5hr. she allowed you). I hope she does bring it back to you when she has more time. Good job man!:props:
