Well worn bumper cover - what to do???

Years of highway driving in heavy traffic and construction has caused the b.c. to get pot-marked and cratered.

Any suggestions on product or technique to make this look good again or is it time to go to the body shop????

I'd go to a body shop and have them re-do it. Then put a clear bra over it.
