Anyone used the WG TSR before?
Im using it right now to remove some scratches, but it seems to dry superly fast... im using a flex 3401.
The dry product is like splattering while the pad moves across.....

Am i going to many laps with my flex?

Im also having HARD time removing the dry products off my paint
 
Sounds to me like your pad is oversaturated. Clean your pads after each section and use less product. use like 3-4 peas size amounts and work in a 2x2 section.
 
That might be the case lol....
Also do u happen to know how many passes do i usually do using a flex?
 
I don't know about the Flex. I usually do 6 passes. Try doing what the other person said to do to is spray a mist of water on the pad. When is said oversaturated, I meant of product in the middle of the pad.

Agreed. Make sure you are cleaning your pad after each panel. A Nylon brush or run the DA and use a microfiber towel to break up the caking.. Remember, if you don't clean the pad, it's like applying a second amount of product to the same panel without wiping it off first. Keep it clean my friend.
 
It just sounds like you are using too much product. And yes, at some point you need to clean the pad or change to a fresh one.

Cleaning the pad after the panel is a good practice and a CHOICE. Some use one pad per panel and never reuse that same pad during a detail. Others may use one pad per 1/2 car and so on.. and so on.. For myself, I clean the pad after every panel with a pad washer. It allows me to gauge the amount of product I'm using and lessen the transfer of particles. You goal is to remove swirls by cutting the clear coat.. Every time you cut, what's left is on your pad could be transferred to the next if not cleaned.
 
Cleaning the pad with a damp microfiber after finishing each panel makes a HUGE difference in product/pad performance. It seriously takes 10 seconds to do, so it's worth it.
