What are your goals?

One of my main goals is to successfully fill my garage with all the RIGHT tools I need for my cars. No crappy, cheap tools, fluids, etc. Might take some time, money, and extra knowledge but I'll get there :dblthumb2: What are your guys' goals? Car related or not I'm curious
 
My goal was to research techniques and learn from first hand experience,filling ones garage with theRIGHT tools and fluids will be a never ending dog chasing the tail scenario. What is considered RIGHT now will be obsolete to many many people here that always want the latest and greatest.
 
pre-owned McLaren someday. Will you still need tools for correcting and polishing carbon fiber?
 
My current goal is to buy a Flex 3401, some pads and a few other things without my fiance finding out about it and beating me to death with my new flex while I sleep.
 
My goals are simple:

  • Have fun and really enjoy a great hobby. Yeah, it's work and often hard work, but I love transforming someone's vehicle to something they couldn't achieve with their own efforts.
  • Pay forward all that I've learned and continue to learn.
  • Make side money. Yeah, it's part of why I do this and I have set a goal per month for myself so that I can continue to fund my mad-money bank account :)
 
As a hobbyist the biggest compliment I've received was from a mobile detailer who works twice monthly at my workplace parking lot checked out my RS and told me he can't do much to improve the paint. That's my goal for all of our vehicles.

I like those !! Great goal setting. Making side money isn't so bad either ;-)

Yikesssss ha ha ! Why would she do that ??? Maybe have her join in, she might find interest in your hobby LOL
 
You guys rock !! LOVE these replies. Something else id wana see in the future? My hubby roll up in a sports car, all suit and tie, ready to take me on vacation LOL. Really dreaming here. My goal is to buy another dd and BP gastation and quit detailing.
