What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Ive owned my Edge for just under 4 years and haven't done a full paint correction...until today.

Clay bar
Megs UC with Lake Countey microfiber pad
Griots AIO ceramic with orange LC pad. I gave the panel a spritz of Griots 3-in-1 ceramic spray before wiping off, which seemed to make it easier.

It sits outside 24/7 during summer months, so lots of water spots.

Some before and after pics below. The piano black is before, compound and polish(if they are in right order.

So after the last FuelFed C&C of the year I stopped for top off of Shell V-Power and a "why not" touch-free wash. Once home and after a brutal Lions game I needed some therapy...the EN is steps away and I got busy

Now yes, I waxed it yesterday and washed it today but applied some Feynlab Ceramic Spray Detailer and I truely think nothing can stick to this paint

The GLOSS & SLICKNESS...off the charts🤌🤌

Love that dual channel, sipes look impressive! My buddy has that tire brand on his daughter's Sonic RS but all-weathers and swears by their performance, so I'd imagine the winters go to 11

Less expensive than similar Michelins, Bridgestones & Pirellis too 😎

Came out looking 👌

Sealed my windshield and rear glass with Nextzett Glass Sealant. Cleaned them up with Carpro Eraser first, then Autoglym Car Glass Polish. Did the side mirrors while I was at it as well. And because the windshield was fresh, I also cleaned and retreated the wipers with graphite powder.

Hopefully it plays well with CarPro Clarify Phobics

I first used it back in June, and I've used Clarify Phobics on top a few times since then with no issues, other than not knowing how long the sealant actually lasted. But since when did anyone wait till something stops working before topping with something complimentary.

Well this morning took the EN through the touch-free wash and when I got home I decided to clean the wheels real good, don't like dried up water in there (you guys understand)

To clean the wheels I simply used my trusty Speed Master and nug brush, the Nitro Hydroshot and Koch Chemie Awh @5:1 but in a simple spray bottle, came out great but to be honest it was just barrels I was looking to perfect🤌🤌

I also added a quick top up TAC System Water Flow on the wheels and barrels, rinsed down for even MORE incredible beading

I finished up with a wipedown of the entire EN using Ech2o made up as a QD and no matter what, it's another "lifer" product in my collection 🫡

FWIW we might see some flakes this weekend...

Nice reflection shots, and I'm the same with Ech2o, it's just so versatile.

So it rained last night, roads were damp, so I knew a RW was happening this evening but funny thing, the lower panels were almost clean

A contact wash gave me a chance to level out the recent toppers added recently, plus to get rid of the "fiber lint" left over from removal of said topper a couple days ago

The RW tonight was Griot's Garage Rinseless Wash, the current formula and I have to say, it just rinses down clean, used my ADS Villain sponge per usual too

I finished up using Ech2o made up as a QD to clean off the wheels and level the sidewalls, natrual sheen once again 🤌🤌

Now I'm about to take the TAOS for a touch-free wash at my usual spot, even though its going to be messy this weekend, it's not now

I gave my wife some detailing product gift ideas for Christmas. My 18 year old backing plate for my UDM fell apart. I use it for paint prep and sealant application.

Are you talking about something else other than polishing?
