What happened to my Indigo towel?

I ordered 2 of the Indigo's before RIGHT before they changed to Gold. I recently washed them and 1 of the towels on 1 side has a bunch of spots that looks like snags. I dont know how to explain it. The edgeless towels have a different knap then the regular towels. It looks like there are holes all over the towel, but no holes it just looks like the MF has let go? Im gonna have to take pictures... cause I cant explain this very well. :eek:
