Up here in ND we have many trucks starting to put Rhino ,or similar lining, on their Rockers and/or in their truck bed. These start to turn white and hazey after a while. I have tried scrubbing them with various car shampoos and brushes but not much luck.

What product can clean this and also bring a "new" look back to these liners?

I used Griots rebber cleaner on mine before I sold my truck. It didn't do anything for protection, but just a good cleaning made it look much better. If I where to do it again, I would clean with Megs APC+, and protect with Megs All-season or Water Based dressing (or anything you can get a large quantity for a low cost). Using a high end vinyl/rubber dressing; on a bed-liner; is just a waste of money.

Meg's APC+ and Pressure Washer.

ok. so I have two people telling me to go with Meg's APC +... I read this product's desription and it looks like it is used for almost every kind of cleaning...Is it really strong enough to clean off Rhino linings on rockers?

you can mix it to different dilution ratios; depending on what you're cleaning. 10:1 works great as a slightly mild cleaner for interior stuff that needs to be treated more gentle. 4:1 is a good aggressive cleaner that hasn't let me down yet. I've never tried it stronger than 4:1... Never needed too.

Perfect timing on this thread. I am getting my Rhino Liner sprayed on today.

Any ideas on some kind of a sealant that can keep rhino lining on rockers clean and somewhat shiny?

FWIW Rhino does not recommend using any silicone products

For shine, I have used Meg's Hyper Dressing at medium shine dilution sprayed liberally onto the spray on liners with good results. Spray on fairly heavy (try not to pool), and just let it evaporate. After, if it is still blotchy, follow up with a light mist of the same hyper dressing, but at a low shine dilution. It is hard to tell, but the liner comes out deep and dark, and it hides a lot of the white scuff marks. See:

my step dad has that on his car and before i first detailed it for him i went to a Rhino liner dealer and they recommended just sap and water. so i ad a sepeate bucket of with a bug sponge in it i used for his and it worked well

I used a product not sold here, but has been around long before I was born. And that was 1960. I thought it worked great at cleaning up my spray on bed liner. I did a post on it back towards the end of june.
As far as a protectant, I'm still looking for something that will last a long time to a truck that sits outside 24/7. I have been looking at Forever Black Truck Bed Liner Gel, but I haven't tried it as of yet. :o

thanks for the picutres and the product recommendation I will give it a try.:dblthumb2:

Any good APC and brush will clean it up well, the liner is pretty durabile and chem resistant. There is not really any sealant you can put on it, you would put a dressing on it but it could make it slippery and not grip well. Try some Megs Hyper Dressing at a high dilution, it may keep it black but not too slippery.
