What is the difference between Dual Action and Random Orbital?

All Dual Action machines are Random Orbitals. My GG6 has "random orbital" stamped on its side.
On this forum, random orbitals are generally referring to those cheap round machines you find at the local walmart/parts store. Essentially, their all the same with the exception of a more powerful motor in some units like the GG6, Meguiars G110v2, Flex & Rupes.
