Yeah. Too bad this fiasco has to be dredged up, and again become headline material. :(

The old boat Captain must be getting ready to head towards Davey's footlocker or something, and is feeling a little squeamish, or looking for a big payday for his survivors.

Wagner gives the otherwise good name of: Bob, a bad rap.
