I have been using woolite foam but its not taking care of really stubborn stains in the carpet or cloth seats. Any suggestions???

Most here will tell you Folex....

Personally I use Turtle Wax PowerOUT! Oxy carpet cleaner (sold in some places under the name "Interior1" as well). Works great for me.

i've had great luck with the 303 carpet cleaner.

I recently used 303 fabric/vinyl cleaner on some berber that was supposed to be an off white not grey, and after a quick pass with my Aztec (hot water extractor) and letting it sit for a few minutes I came back and did a few vacuum only passes and the carpet looked as good as new. The said berber carpet was 10 years old and the owner was very happy with it. So if 303 can work wonders on berber it should do a good elsewhere as well. The thing with cleaning carpet is dry cleaning (vacuuming) as much as possible and then doing getting any old cleaners out of the fibers. If those results don't please you then go back after the carpet has dried and try a new cleaning agent. Do your homework on the material you are working on and what types of cleaners work best and are designed for what you are working on. Knowing what stains you are trying to remove helps to choose a cleaner appropriate for those stains. I did some research on berber before tackling the job which gave me a lot of insight on keeping it simple, and choosing the right cleaner for the stains I tackle. Hope this helps and hope you get the results you are looking for.:)
