I think it would be a great idea and very helpful if AutoGeek made a notation next to each product for sale , whether or not it is paint shop safe. This is extremely important for those of us that have a paint shop. Not everyone knows what chemicals make up all the different coatings, sealants, ect. This would surely make AutoGeek stand out in the crowd of detail supply websites.
What products are paint shop safe ?

It would be the manufacturers responsibility. Unfortunately, many of the detailing manufacturers are simply not big enough to be definitive about something like this. Realistically, one would need to test the product, in a paint shop environment and they would effectively be putting their head on the block, should someone find results to the contrary.
