what to use on new trim

I removed my windshield cowl sat to coat it with dlux. after I got it off both sides had a crack in them. so now I am planning on getting new ones from the dealer. what should I coat the new one with? dlux or maybe something alittle more permanent like opti-gloss coat.

it would be easier to spray something on it because of the small spots..

Honestly I've had great luck using Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal on new trim. Easy to apply monthly or as needed. I have been getting at least 3-4 moths out of it.

Dlux will last for 12 months and is very easy to use and there is nothing that is permanent.
