What to use to remove 1z leather protectant

I scrubbed my leather with Meguiars APC and a stiff leather brush several times, yet this product still remains. Anyone know anything that will strip the 1z leather conditioner?

50/50 water/alcohol maybe, is there some type of build up or something?

APC will sure remove leather conditioner, and you will need to recondition.
