I currently tow a 5x8 trailer with 100gal water tank.
would like to move to a van setup, everything inside. Easier to maneuver. Rolling billboard etc.

a competitor here has a Nissan van, maybe the nv200? It’s nice but it’s also small, I don’t know much much weight that Nissan transmission can hold.

Ford E class vans are everywhere,

if you were going to get a van or mobile detailing vehicle, what would you choose and why?

ford transit? Nissan nv? Ford E250? Chevy van?

I think a smaller 4 cylinder van would work too hard to carry all that stuff around

I’ve recently been looking at the Transir 250 and the MB Metris. Out of all the companies those are the two that have caught my eye so far.

These two seem to have enough room. (For my needs anyway) Both of these have some pretty good safety options as well.

A full tank of fuel and 100 gals of water will be a 1000 lbs not to mention everything else in the van,I'd opt for a large cargo van with a big payload if it were me.

We had a little GM version of that Nissan and while roomy not a real big payload if I remember correctly I think the poor little Nissan van would struggle to carry all of your stuff but that is only my opinion

There's only one van which comes to mind for me!

Ford Transit. Medium length; medium highth (unless you're taller than 5-10). Ecoboost motor.

19 mpg unloaded and power you won't believe unless you drive it.

First vehicle I've owned since high school that wasn't foreign and I'd buy it again without hesitation.

I’d choose an ”Ol’ Faithful” Ford E-350
Super Duty Cargo Van—with the V10.

Why?
Because it is an ”Ol’ Faithful”.
