Whatever happened to thread

Could just be life. I have not had time to be on here let alone detailing. Ive washed our car 1 time in the past 2 months and the other 2 have sat dirty for longer. I care but i dont. For once im saying it is what it is.

I do not see lots of names here anymore though. Hope all is well with all.

Is this the same as Junkman. He had this saying that went like this - "If it aint common, it aint sense". When he had the falling out with Adam's, he became less prevalent.

Junkman 2000 was affiliated with Adams? I never knew that.. I thought he was affiliated with the beginnings popularizing The Rag Company, but never seen him with Adams.

Yes, he was doing demos with adam's stuff and with Adam himself and a resource in the forum and they parted ways when the Junkman was not recommending some of Adam P's techniques. There was even a discount code at Adams. He left around 2012???

I cannot tell if Adam P is still actively involved with Adam's since it was purchased.

He's still the "brand ambassador" or something like that; he talked about it last year when he was doing that video with TRC where they were washing his wagon. May just be the usual 5-year contract provision with a buyout.

Interesting. I never knew that. I was taking a few years break from detailing around that time.
 
It's entirely possible that what happened to me a few weeks ago happened to some of them. I was very lucky I had contact info for Chilly outside of the forum or I may have just disappeared as well. I'm in contact with Deyon on Instagram as well, but part of my problem was being on the other side of the planet in a different time zones, which applies to him as well. And all because I tried to fix a bad email address.
