What's causing this chips on my paint?

So, i've had my impala parked out in the back of my house for almost a year. And now i see all this little white chips on my car's paint. Any idea what cost this to happen? The car went over 2 months without washing once.

The pictures are not good, the focus is not good on the chip so i'll put up new ones tomorrow.

Hard to say what caused them but all I see is a tarp???

Nope, the paint is chipped. You can feel the chipp and there is no paint anymore. Maybe the best i can do is touch them up with paint.

Nope what? All I see is a reflection of a tarp, cant make out what the white dots are.
