for those of u that have tried all of these how do they compare!?
sonax car wash shampoo - they dropped the gloss from they name?
poorboys slicksudswash - claims will not strip or degrade any existing wax or paint protection
chemical guys - claims to bring out paint color/shine. but does it harm wax?
***So will one bring out shine more than the other and will one not harm not strip or degrade any existing wax or paint protection??

IMO:
It'd probably be easier to list what
is the same with those shampoos.

Speaking of shampoo...

I say:
Boycott sham poo;
Demand the real poo!

I've only used the Poorboys Super Slick with Suds from those on you list.

Right now it's one of my favorite shampoo's, but I will tell you it doesn't add any gloss to the surface. It is very slick, products a lot of suds, and cleans very well. I actually like it because it doesn't add any glossing agents or other products to interfear with the LSP already applied.

If you are looking for something that will add shine or gloss, a product like McKee's 37 Power Wash. The little bit of wax in that shampoo does add a nice bit of gloss when your finished washing. I really enjoyed using it.

My favorite car washes are Duragloss Car Wash concentrate 901 which does leave a little gloss behind and Poorboys Super Slick and Suds. They both clean very well, rinse very well and make lot's of suds. I am currently trying 3D Pink Car soap which doesn't leave anything behind (no gloss enhancers) and 3D Wash and Wax which is supposed to leave some wax protection behind. So far these are very nice, very close to the DG and Poorboys if not equal to them. They are much cheaper to purchase than either the DG or Poorboys.

I'm going to go with 3D once my Duragloss runs out. I tried the 3D once before and was very impressed with it. It's fantastic for washing with a foam gun.

hyper wash is a great wash and very economical (1 ounce to 4-5 gallons of water). it doesn't leave anything behind and cleans well. it's like the johnson's baby shampoo of car care...

Differences between shampoos are usually very slim. Some have better lubricity, some smell better but that's about it. All shampoos will not strip the protection on the paint and they all do a good job at cleaning. If you want to see specific shampoos in action, check this guy's channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3pE5rY-FVxm3i53Td429Kw/videos

You will very quickly realise that all shampoos are VERY SIMILAR! From the maybe 15 videos I have watched from him, the preferred shampoos for their excellent lubricity would be the top ones from Chemical Guys, can't remember exact ones, and Meguiar's Gold Class.
