what's the last car care/detailing video you've just watched?

For those looking at a Maxflow. It would seem you need the OG version so that it doesn't run-on for as long with the trigger released.

Looks like MaxFlow is coming out with another model. Can switch from 15 to 20 amps and the ramp down speed is improved in TSS mode. Up to 3.3 GPM.

Bad timing on Technicians Choice. I think Bilt Hamber stole the rinseless show for 2026. Jescar also came out with a rinseless recently. Nobody is paying attention to them. Coming out with a run of the mill rinseless in 2026 is akin to building a new car with a model T type crank start vs having an electric starter.

Apparently Technician's Choice has released a rinseless wash
I had to stop watching when they broke out the hose for their "rinseless" wash.

I wonder if this product introduction has anything to do with THOR marketing the products on Amazon--I notice they changed the label on TEC582 and the style is certainly reminiscent of THOR labeling.

Here is my latest.

Wheel Cleaner War! Adam's Polishes vs Alchemist Brimstone! #carwash #wheelcleaning
Alchemist should have an auto +1 for their marketing. They may have updated and removed some product descriptions from the website I don't see now but their product presentation is top notch... you can tell they're having fun and pushing out solid products.

The Crown Sealant (v1) reminded me a lot of Apex BC3. Haven't tried the updates. Definitely liking their new ceramic sprays!

They are definitely well packaged. This wheel and tire cleaner gave Adam’s a run for the money. I’m trying the Silica ceramic spray on my Mustang next.

That colour is gorgeous, it wouldn't work on every car, but it's perfect for the R34. I had a chuckle when he kept finding imperfections, the more you look the more you find.
This car belongs to Jim's friend, and his investing a lot of money into it
Sadly Jim has had a unsuccessful shoulder surgery and this was his first car back.

I really like his content and manner as not only a detailer but a person in general.

Eddie did a review on it

I refer to him ^^^^ as Exaggerating Eddie. His speech, gestures, tone are highly exaggerated. Don't know if he does this for the camera but if that is his normal Schick I wouldn't be able to take it for more than a few minutes.

I found Wet Gloss underwhelming. It just doesn't produce the sort of beading you'd expect from a product like Gyeon Wet Coat or Carpro Hydr02. Wet Gloss is basically a commercial car wash product, as in the "wax" setting you use after washing.............the tacky scent is the giveaway, as is the lacklustre result.

I think he's doing what you Americans call tweaking
