Pretty much. Seems they complicated wheel cleaning to the extent paint cleaning is by throwing a wheel detailer into the mix. And won't Amplify or Adapt do the same if I use it that way?!

Not the earth shattering news I was expecting.

I guess if you consider it a ceramic-infused waterless wash...I don't think there are too many of those...maybe just a couple of SiO2 rinseless washes that you could mix up that way.

I chose ADS as they're probably the most well known lately around here.

Could tackle this with Ethos Defy or DIY and their ceramic waterless wash for the same result (I assume).

Seems the best thing to happen to wheels is still spray + rinse sealants for now.

Scott really questioned Pan's goals in best of 26 review. Pan is clueless or in denial on understanding why some do not like him. But either way, it drives YT numbers.

I did watch a video with Pan and Yvan and it was interesting about Yvan's interaction with him. Pan's behavior was unchanged.

I rarely do this but I just had to know how they defend its pricing and what it'll offer over the $10-$20 clean, shine, protect waterless products. I don't mean to be an ass to them and have no ill will, I just really want to know why they released a $50 wheel detail spray.

Maybe I'll read the materials again with my glasses. I must be missing something.

Let us know if you find anything. I'm struggling to understand how this waterless wheel cleaner is $50. Is there a notable difference versus a regular rinseless?
 
If you guys haven't noticed, everything from Dr. Beasley's is really expensive. Their nano primer polishes are $40 for 8 oz. A lot of their spray products come in 12oz bottles vs. 16 or 22 (or 35).

That being said, is there any other waterless wash that is specifically targeted for wheels? However, I read their description and I did watch Mike Phillips' video on it; there didn't seem to be anything mentioned that made THIS waterless wash special for wheels...it is however "safe for ceramic coatings"...um...unlike other rinseless washes??

Sonax Ceramic Tire + Wheel Detailer is more of a waterless wash than the name implies. It is quite viscous and has great cleaning power. It is also a great tire dressing. $17.99 for 32oz

They'll randomly run pretty good deals on Amazon. For example, right now a gallon of premium body wash is $49 vs $99.

That said, have they bumped prices recently? I like and use Dash Pro for example but 12oz for $49.99? I don't recall paying that much for it.

Given the wetting characteristics on the paint, could it be more a polymer based? It is kinda funny that when a new version comes out, we start to hear more about issues with the older version/

Is there a law where all detailers have to use body cameras?:p

They say it’s a hybrid. The original cleaned nice but foamed when you were wiping it on that was kind of weird. For this one, they must have changed the balance of polymers/ surfactants.

Body cameras are strongly encouraged by the Detail Police.

I was just trying to figure out WTF was going on. I couldn't decide on my morning wash routine products. Pulled all my detailco options and couldn't align them to the website any longer. (I can't think of another company who does that - at least keep the info on them somewhere)

Ended up deciding to try the high ph, rinse, low ph and will move right into my bucket wash with the neutral.

I guess old school Loki will just be a future prewash...

I think they are going with simpler names and easier to understand labels.
 
This video features a product line from a family owned detailing products company that has been producing detailing products for almost a century. That in itself is a breath of fresh air amongst all the private label/contract blended products which are bombarding the industry. Anybody use any of them? Might have to give a couple a try.
