I've come to love using large pump sprayers in my wash bay for degreaser, wheel cleaner, etc. I've been using the Smith 1 gallon but I have to refill all the time. Eventually I plan to invest in a remote dilution system and dispensers in each bay but that won't be for a while. So for now I'm looking at 2-3 gallon pump sprayers.

Requirements:
Durable
Large base, doesn't tip over
Bleed valve for refilling

I have been looking into building them out of corny kegs, I have an air compressor so "pumping them up" would be really quick and easy, I'm all for efficiency. The other idea behind this is when parts wear out they are replaceable instead of buying a whole new sprayer.
Also have been looking at various 2 and 3 gallon sprayers on A**z*n in the $30-50 range.

Anyone here have any experience with large pump sprayers?

Just ordered a Smith 3 gallon, will keep you guys updated when it arrives.

I've been using this exact sprayer for about 3 years.

It was purchased from the place with the smiley face.

In the summer I use it to water/feed plants that the hose can't reach.

In the winter (almost every day), I fill it with HOT water and use it to help break up ice and snow that has built up in the barrel of my winter wheels.

I am using the generic Orchard Supply sprayer. It holds 2.5 gallons and has a brass adjustable end on the nozzle. I grabbed a couple of them when they were on sale for $10.99 and it was also a "we pay the sales tax" weekend.

I have also used them to pre-lube a newly rebuilt engine before starting it for the first time too.
