I am looking for a new product to detail my dash that doesn't leave a greasy film, provides protection, and has low if any sheen. What's your favorite product, I'm looking for some suggestions for my next order.

Feed back please

Thanks,
David

Tried a few products. My search ended with 303 Aerospace protectant.

I like 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium, i can clean my dashboard twice a day that stuff smells good and leaves a nice matte finish not sticky and not shiny besides that my second choice is Poorboy's World Natural Look Dressing these are the only 2 i use

Einszett Cockpit Premium indeed .... natural, new and clean. Absolutely no dressing.

What type of finish does the 303 provide? I was reading up on it and it sounds like a good product, did you find the following quote from their add to be true?

Stain resistant. 303 Aerospace Protectant repels water and dirt, and resists stains. Treated surfaces require less cleaning and will remain in like-new condition. It restores the original finish to vinyl, rubber, plastic, acrylic, finished leather, and fiberglass. 303 is never oily or greasy.

I know it doesn't leave a lot of protection (or rather the protection it leaves is short-lived) but I use Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer almost daily on my dash since it's extremely easy and leaves everything looking factory fresh.

+1 for 1Z Cockpit Premium. It's a bit pricey, though. Megs' Quik Interior Detailer is a sensible alternative and available at local stores at a good price. If my dash needs a deeper cleaning, I then turn to Megs' M40. It leaves a deep satin look on my black dash. 303 leaves a tad more sheen, which is why I don't use it on my dash. I like the low gloss look.

DP Total Interior Cleaner

this is the best. it's a cleaner that has some protection. you can also buy the potectant.

DP Interior Surface Protectant

low gloss, anti static. the best!

It is a matte appearance with the slightest hint of a gloss. It can be used on leather, tires and more as a versatile product indeed. I just prefer no dressing look on interior personally.

Thanks Cee Dog; perfect timing - I was about to ask for recommendations but this thread and your review(s) made it simple. I will order the Ultima Interior Guard Plus.

Great review write-ups by the way.

Thanks, Cliff

I use leatherique on my dash. I tried 10 different products for my dash, they are all oily and slippery for my taste.

Did you try Sonax Dashboard or Ultima Interior Guard Plus?

I can promise you you'll find no oily!

Meguiars QID but also have 1z Cockpit Premium.
