Wheel cleaning and sealing recommendation

Let me start with this is my personal car so we don't need to worry about liability and removing wheels. I have a Ford Edge dd and was wondering about cleaning and sealing the wheels especially the inside of the rim behind the face that you can see through the spokes. I do my best to clean it and occasionally remove the wheels to clean the backs. To date all I have done is just clean them really well and coat them with meguires wheel protector. What do you all recommend?

I use Sonax wheel cleaner and Wolf's rim shield. The Wolf's rim shield I have had on for over 4 moths and still going strong.

Personally, I use both Wheel Wax or Collinite 845. Wheel Wax has cleaning abilities and a higher temperature rating as well from what I understand. If I'm applying Collinite 845 to the car, I just go ahead and apply to the wheels as well.
