Ok, I have been in the Autogeeks Game for like 3 weeks now, and I have spent approx. $600. But there's still like hundreds of dollars worth of products still on my wish list. I try to hold back, everyday, I check my shopping cart, I add stuff, remove stuff, add stuff. I just placed another $90 order for some SSII, the big Guzzler, Pinnacle bug and tar sponge thing, and some DP plastic cleaner polish stuff. I tell myself after every order, "OK, that should do it for a while", but then I come back to these forums and see all this other stuff I need RIGHT NOW!!!! I have a sickness I think, and I can't stop. WHEN DOES IT STOP? PLEASE HELP.


O, by the way, to Autogeeks. That free shipping on orders of $75 or more is NOT FAIR! You guys are toying with me and forcing me to spend $75 minimum EVERYTIME! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

Gonna spend the weekend in the garage hangin with my car care products. Should be gettin in box this afternoon, I CAN'T WAIT!!!
 
Its not just you!! We are all sick :p I have been on some AD meetings, but it don`t helps!! The money can`t get old :p

Feel better now? We can hold meetings a certain night a week and discuss this problem if you like...someone bring cookies, I will bring an array of carnauba's for everyone to sample. It will be fun!:grouphug:
 
HI, my name is William and I am an Autogeek.

I now am very far in debt and living off crackers and unfiltered water. Sometimes I treat myself (like on my birthday today with filtered water that is normally used on my car).
The same goes for soap. Car wash soap is very sudsy, and I usually have a little bit left over from washing the car. I save this and use it in the shower.
What do I need to recover? I need one of the following:
1. to win the 40 mill lottery.
2. to raid the AG warehouse
3. to get sent a full sized sample of each product and continue to receieve a full sized sample of new products as they come in.
Any of the above 3 will do :)

Otherwise I may have to sell off some clothes and stuff to afford my habit.
My family has given up on me.
Please help!
 
Yeah I know, I feel crazy alot of times too. Sucks being young and not having a salary paying job. And getting customers for detailing is hard! Most people think a car should be cleaned every 3 months. :( I need to think of new marketing strategies.

Is there a code you have to enter to get the free shipping? I bought about $80 worth of stuff a couple orders back and didn't get free shipping. By the way its never going to stop, unless you go broke. That is one thing I envy the pros on. They go through so much struff they can afford to buy different products more frequently, whereas us amateurs will only end up with a big pile of shi.....stuff.

It's official. My wife just told me that I could have a problem and she had no idea that this thread was here. She ask me what was ordered Tue so I told her and told her why it was important that a guy own the "M" polishes. She said that I have that same addiction as the people on "Home Shopping". Didn't say anything but I thought:

haha, good thread. I am in too deep already, but of course I just made another order; the new LC wash mitt, some Menzerna compound (I loved the intensive polish and final polish) along with their sealer wax, Meg's wheel brightener, Pinnacle bag, gallon of Micro Rejuvinator. The obsession will never end. I keep telling myself I have everything I possibly need, but after each detail I find myself saying "I wonder if X product would've helped get X job done a little better/faster". Oh well, the UPS man must think I have a disorder.

Hello, my name is Todd and I am an Autogeek

I have a problem with Pinnacle and now has quickly spread to DP
cleaned up that with microfiber towels whitch is now pulling
me into the menzerna glaze with more microfiber towels
my car is drooling on the ground I try to wipe it up but there is
nothing there; I see it do you not? My polishing pal answers back
I think it will be a combo tonight...

I placed my 3rd order the other day, 19 min after my order was place I have 2 more bottles in my cart lol

wow...hey everybody it's mini AG hahahahaha and all must go...just look at the MF...that's awesome....I look forward to my collection getting this big.

Thats :righton: you just made me feel better about my self...aaaa...now good for another order...I need my fix Im the MAN
 
Hmm, got a call from the fedex office in Oslo today. They had a box for me! But I can`t remember what I have bought. This is bad, huh? :p
