Ok...so yesterday I had the kid opened the door and chipped the paint on my door handle. Thankfully nailed her dead to rights. This morning I am washing my car and hear that crunch sound that just makes me cringe. The neighbor across the street backed into my daughter's car. Not an hour later I'm in the garage putting the final touches on my car and again that same sound!! A woman that was dropping off some things to my wife backed into my daughter's boyfriends car. ENOUGH ALREADY!! lol

wow... how hard is it for people to use their mirrors? geeze.

Hope insurance takes care of it and doesn't make it any more difficult than it already is. At least you were there to witness these events... You can bet one of them might have just driven off without thinking twice about leaving a note or anything.

I'm actually pretty sure the neighbor across the street would have taken off. That family and their friends are so no driving...

Someone visiting them a few months ago hit the same car.

Oh and I forgot to mention someone hit the car in a parking lot too...hard enough to ruin the bumper cover. It actually took the bumper cover part way off...of course they didn't leave any info....

Dang and I thought they were bad drivers in CA. Remind me not to park near you when I'm in TX.

Good luck getting everything fixed up.

Geez Dave did you walk under a ladder, break a mirror or something along those lines? That's one bad string of horrible luck sorry to keep hearing about all this damage! Hopefully things start looking up for you

Lol, I was recently in Orange County and I thought the drivers there were amazing compared to Texas drivers!!

Well, the good news is bad things happen in threes, so you're safe for a while:D

Dave, what did you do to get such bad luck? Keep your head up dude!

Ohh you think its bad?

We buy a new 2013 Porsche Cayenne three months ago. I post my 2007 BMW 335i on Craigslist for sale. The day after someone side swipes the BMW. So i take down the ad and send her to the body shop. Two weeks later an old lady who is parked perpendicular to the Cayenne mistakes the brake pedal for the gas pedal, peels-out going backwards and slams into the drivers side of the Cayenne. And the Cayenne is a 3 year lease $6000 down payment and $1000/mo. It'll take over a month and a half to fix due to parts availability. So in other words that's $1,500 we have to pay to have the car sit in the shop. And at the end of the lease we were planning to buy the residual and resell immediately on Craigslist. Now there's a ding on the CARFAX which dramatically affects it's marketability. This was only last month. And for the icing on the cake, according to Hawaii law, auto insurance is only required to "basic transportation" while our vehicle is out of order. Basic transportation = Toyota Corolla

Wow. That sucks! Wait, you're in Hawaii?!

We live in Honolulu. And you live in Schofield? We talked once via PM.

Yeah it sucks alright! The lady was at the bank when the accident with the Cayenne occurred. Luckily she wasn't near the vehicle when the accident happened.
