When to do rinseless at the coin OP?

It's -9 degrees Celsius and I'm thinking of doing a rinseless wash at the coin wash. Last time I did it and the solution froze so I guess it was too cold. At what temperature is it safe in the wash bay?
 
If it's below about 26° stuff starts freezing if your not in the sun.
