Where to buy 3 inch sanding disc locally

Looking to get 220-360-600-1000 and 1500. Anywhere that I could pick these up locally?

You should be able to get them at any local paint supply/auto body location. I found my 3M Trizact discs right in my home town. I would search on google for auto paint supplies local to you.
 
Call Meguiars and ask them for help. They will be able to tell you the local companies that purchase these products.

is there an 'Albert Kemperle' location near you? Big Meguiars distributor. They have some shops in florida that may or may not be close enough to drive to. They carry that stuff (and tons of other goodies). May want to call first before making the drive.

Edit: if you're in st. louis you're out of luck - I saw the Ft. Lauderdale location under your avatar
 
Color Masters on Lemay Ferry near Meramac Bottom should carry it.
