Which Clay sponge : Nanoskin autoscrub medium or Ultima Elastrofoam?

Hello Guys

I am planning to buy a clay block/sponge.

The car is heavily contaminated and have paint over sprays at a few panels.

Which one is more aggressive among these clay blocks?

Nanoskin autoscrub Speedy Prep sponge medium grade or Ultima elastrofoam?

Please give your suggestions

TBH, I never has much luck with heavy overspray and Nanoskin. I think a good bar of some clay magic in Red (aggressive) is soooo much better. But 95% of the details we do, we use Nanoskin mitts.
